Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, training, maintaining high standards of service.
- Support staff training and development to ensure team members are knowledgeable about menu items, POS system and food safety protocols.
- Ensure efficient shift management by coordinating scheduling, monitoring performance, and motivating team members to deliver excellent member service.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
