Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Sales Client Advisor role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Experienced Sales Client Advisor will guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial greeting and needs assessment to vehicle selection, test drives, and closing. This role will maintain in-depth knowledge of BMW models, features, financing options, and insurance products to provide clear, accurate information to clients. The advisor will follow up with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships, support customer satisfaction, and encourage repeat and referral business. Daily responsibilities include managing a personal sales pipeline, preparing proposals and paperwork, collaborating with finance and service teams, and ensuring the showroom and vehicle displays are showroom-ready.

Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex features, pricing, and financing in clear, accessible language.
- Familiarity with Insurance products and related processes as they apply to vehicle sales and ownership protection.
- Proven track record in automotive or high-end retail sales, with consistent achievement of sales targets or performance goals.
- Comfort using CRM systems, email, and digital tools to manage leads, schedule appointments, and track client interactions.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and follow-through, with a customer-centric mindset and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including evenings and weekends as required by dealership hours.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; prior BMW or luxury automotive brand experience is a plus.
