🎯 You will...
Own internal delivery workflows
- Build systems and processes to improve team efficiency and quality
- Work closely with our offshore team to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
- Drive improvements through data, metrics, and structured problem-solving
Support customer onboarding and delivery
- Serve as a key point of contact during onboarding and implementation
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify and resolve operational blockers quickly
Drive cross-functional projects
- Partner with founders on high-priority initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and lead implementation
- Help us build the internal playbooks and infrastructure for scale
