Job Summary
Arrow Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring Equipment Operators Reach truck / Order Picker / Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations at a Target distribution facility. Associates will assist with material handling, receiving, and transporting materials using warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and transport materials.
- Assist with receiving, handling, and organizing warehouse materials.
- Support daily warehouse and distribution operations.
- Follow safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling materials.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating warehouse equipment Reach truck / Order Picker is required.
- Ability to learn equipment operation procedures and follow safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Equipment operator certification or license may be required, depending on the equipment.
