Pay Rates:$20.50/hr

2nd Shift (Key 2)

• Monday – Thursday
• 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Overtime required

Weekend Shift (Key 3)

• Friday – Sunday
• 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Overtime required

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dependable General Labor Associates to join our warehouse team in Salem, OR. In this role, you will support daily distribution operations by moving materials, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, stage, and prepare products for shipping and receiving.
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Perform additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

✔ Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
✔ Ability to lift 50-70lbs carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
✔ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
✔ Must be available to work overtime as needed.
