Title - Manufacturing Engineer - Electrical

Location - Charlotte, NC
We are looking for an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to support production, testing (FAT/EQT), and continuous improvement initiatives. This role serves as a key connection between Engineering and Operations—helping to resolve technical issues, improve build processes, and enhance product quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret design models/drawings and communicate technical requirements to production teams.
- Improve assembly, testing, and QA processes for increased efficiency and consistency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support solutions with engineering and operations teams.
- Assist with Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and root-cause analysis with QA.
- Support the implementation of new tools, methods, and best practices that streamline manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain timeline and budget alignment.
Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in electrical assembly or production environments.
- Knowledge of CSA, UL, NEC standards.
- Ability to read/interpret manufacturing drawings and schematics.
- AutoCAD proficiency; SolidWorks and ERP experience are assets.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel within North America (and occasionally internationally).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
