Hours: 8:30am to 5PM - 10:30am to 7pm
Pay rate: $20.50/hr.
Location - Armonk,NY
Tuesday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and service for inbound customers
- Taking inbound calls from existing customers and informing customers about company products
- Assist customers with online purchases, billing issues, and shipping details
- Perform other duties required by the role
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication skill
- 1-year call center experience required
- Comfortable and knowledge working in a PC / Microsoft computer environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Item set up is preferred
- Acts with a sense of urgency and ability to change focus quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Access
