Schedule: Shift - 10:30AM - 7PM Mon - Sat (Tue off)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused check-in-clerk / Customer Service Representative to support daily logistics and customer communication operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct driver check-ins and assist with dispatch coordination
- Review delivery photos and verify delivery completion details
- Manage schedules and update dispatch information as needed
- Respond professionally to incoming calls and emails
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on issues
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual.
- Previous customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
