Title - Onsite Manager – Staffing
Schedule - Monday-Friday (Must be available on weekends if needed)
Hours - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Might have to work longer hours)
Location - Flower Mound, TX
Compensation: $22 - $25/hr.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and bilingual Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily workforce operations at client facilities. This role is ideal for someone with staffing or recruiting experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working directly with people, and can effectively supervise teams in industrial, warehouse, and light manufacturing settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of field associates at client sites.
- Ensure staffing levels meet client production goals and expectations.
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding as needed.
- Conduct employee orientations, safety briefings, and performance check-ins.
- Act as the primary onsite contact for both client managers and associates, addressing concerns and resolving issues quickly.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance, while maintaining accurate records.
- Promote a safe and positive work environment by enforcing company and client policies.
- Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain workforce stability.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in staffing, workforce supervision, or team leadership (manufacturing or warehouse preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working onsite with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits).
