We're currently expanding our open-deck hotshot division and are actively seeking CDL and non-CDL Hotshot Owner Operators from the Indianapolis, IN area. We specialize in hauling steel, machinery, farm equipment, pipe, OD freight and more, serving dedicated customers across the Midwest and Northeast.

Where You’ll Run:
Stay regional and profitable. We operate within:

What You Need:
- Your own reliable truck and 40ft flatbed gooseneck trailer (hotshot setup)
- CDL or non-CDL license
- Bobtail Insurance
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and respectful attitude
- Safety-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch regarding any issues.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
