What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Coordinator position at Arrow Termite & Pest Control?
Arrow Termite & Pest Control is currently looking for someone to fill our Quality Assurance Coordinator position.
The duties for this position would include:
- Monitor GPS/Samsara Camera system in company vehicles
- Weekly verification of required documents and equipment that are located in company vehicles
- Work with appropriate personnel to create current and relevant quality control measures and specific requirements
- Assist Office Manager with duties as needed
- Daily Facetime interaction with Field Technicians, Account Managers, and Field Supervisors.
- Monitor and review field production for quality of work.
- Communicate results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
- Ensure production meets customer expectations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess good leadership qualities
- Must be proactive and be able to pay attention to details
- Experience as a quality control coordinator in the same industry preferred
- Well developed investigative and analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of administrative methods and procedures
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
This position is a part-time remote position, but at times would be needed to report to our office in Baton Rouge, LA.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma/some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role (Quality Control, Fleet Coordinator, Safety)
- Any other relevant certification will be a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 28 per week
