1st Shift - Warehouse Associate

Job Position: 1st Shift - Warehouse Associate; local candidates encouraged

Location: Montclair, CA 91763

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Description:
We are seeking a reliable, dependable, and punctual Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for operating forklifts, receiving and shipping materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are stored and moved safely throughout the warehouse. Experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks while verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately.

• Use RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems to track materials.

• Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and replenishment duties.

• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.

• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 12 years of recent warehouse

• Ability to load, unload, and move heavy materials safely.

• Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
