- Serve as a Security Greeter, providing a welcoming and secure environment for students, staff, and guests within the Mamaroneck School District.
- Maintain a vigilant presence, observing and reporting any suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they adhere to the school district's security protocols and policies.
- Provide directions and guidance to visitors, staff, and students regarding the appropriate locations within the school district.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a coordinated response to any security-related incidents.
- Be available on-call to fill in as a Security Greeter when needed, responding to short-notice requests and maintaining flexibility in scheduling.
- Prior school greeter/campus monitor experience
- Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential for effectively interacting with students, staff, and guests.
- Physical ability to walk and move from building to building throughout the school district as required.
- Availability to be on-call for fill-in Security Greeter service, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and the ability to respond to short-notice requests.
- Must have experience working in schools.
