Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the property.
- Monitor the property and report suspicious or unusual activity.
- Monitor access to the residential community.
- Assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports.
- Follow all site-specific security procedures and post orders.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina PPSB Card – Required
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must successfully complete any required background screening.
