Arrow Security & Training, LLC is seeking a full-time Site Lead/Assistant Site Leads to provide language support to the U.S. Government CONUS-IC Contract.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Site Lead/Assistant Site Lead (SL/ASL) shall assist the Task Order Program Manager (TOPM) in providing operational, administrative, and management oversight to the AST linguist support operations. The SL/ASL shall serve as the primary point of contact for resolution of issues for assigned linguist personnel, as well as be responsible for ensuring accountability and accurate timekeeping. The SL/ASL is responsible for alerting the TOPM to issues that may impact the site, linguists, and customers. The SL/ASL serves as AST's frontline in terms of establishing relationships with the customer and employees and maintaining the capabilities and reputation of the company.
- Assist the TOPM in providing operational, administrative, and management oversight to all AST and subcontractor linguist personnel in the assigned area of operation.
- Effectively manage the day-to-day actions required and in support of TOPM-derived operational priorities.
- Assist with operational, administrative, and managerial oversight to all assigned linguist personnel within their area of responsibility.
- Communicate new requirements, concerns and issues to the TOPM as appropriate.
- Ensure that all customer requests for additional linguist support are forwarded to the TOPM.
- Conduct daily meetings with the customer to ensure that expectations are properly managed and that all requirements, as defined in the contract SOW, are met.
- Provide input to reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, for example) as appropriate.
- Coordinate with the customer to support linguist schedules and travel.
- Ensure that appropriate linguist health, morale and welfare requirements are met.
- Ensure that linguist personel adhere to established AST and U.S. Government regulations and standards of conduct.
- Ensure that linguist personnel understand and adhere to work schedules and other administrative and procedure requirements as defined by the customer.
