Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT user support operations for the office
- Serve as technical escalation point for the on-site MSP team
- Drive continuous improvement in user experience, ticket resolution, and communication with business stakeholders
- Liaise and collaborate with the global IT team on desktop modernization, Intune rollout, and other projects
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10-15 years of IT experience
- Experience supervising/leading a large team
- Experience working in financial services
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft environments
- Intune/MDM experience strongly preferred
- Experience with LAN/WiFi, printer setups, and VPN troubleshooting
- PowerShell or scripting skills a plus
