Our client is an advisory and consulting firm advising public, pre-IPO, and private companies on transactions including mergers, acquisitions, debt restructuring, process improvement, and initial public offerings in various industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagements advising market-leading clients on mergers/acquisitions, initial public offerings, and various technical accounting matters
- Review of financial statements and other SEC filings
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and related analyses
- Manage existing client relationships and pursue new client opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA preferred
- 8-12 years of public accounting or accounting advisory experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
- Strong technical skills
- Experience in project management
