Position Summary
Are you a driven, people-first salesperson ready to build a rewarding career in the home improvement industry? We're growing our Residential and Commercial Roofing team and looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and delivering real solutions to homeowners, property managers, landlords, and HOAs. In this role, you'll serve as the face of our company — conducting roof inspections (full training provided), educating clients on their options, and guiding them confidently through every step of the sales process from the first conversation to a signed contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and generate new business via door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local networking
- Conduct on-site roof inspections
- Educate clients on roofing options, materials, warranties, and financing
- Prepare and present professional proposals using company tools and CRM
- Follow up with leads, address objections, and close sales with integrity
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with a positive, coachable attitude
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for appointments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
