- Perform roof inspections and provide recommendations (training provided)
- Present proposals and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Role Requirements
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Willingness to engage in face-to-face sales, including door-to-door prospecting
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
- Commission-only (uncapped earnings)
- Typical earnings range from $80,000–$150,000
- Top performers exceed $200,000
