We’re seeking a Sales Service Supervisor to support our South Central operations, based in Flowood, MS or Slidell, LA. This role leads detailing and post-sale functions while ensuring projects are executed accurately, on time, and with strong commercial discipline.

Our team is focused on safety, collaboration, and execution. Sales, detailing, project management, and operations work closely together to ensure projects are properly coordinated and delivered successfully.
In this role, you’ll be part of the regional leadership team, working directly with branch leadership and sales teams to support growth, manage risk, and maintain high performance standards.
Who You Are
You are a hands-on leader with direct experience in rebar detailing, rebar project management, or rebar-related construction work. You understand how pricing, schedule clarity, scope management, and execution impact profitability and project success.
You are comfortable leading teams across locations, mentoring team members, and holding others accountable. You can build strong customer relationships, resolve challenges, and make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
• Lead detailing and post-sale operations to ensure projects are properly detailed, coordinated, and delivered on time
• Coordinate outside detailing resources and vendor relationships
• Supervise and develop a team of detailers and project managers
• Partner with leadership to drive safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Ensure pricing, scope, and schedule clarity on all projects
• Help evaluate and manage commercial risk alongside branch leadership
• Travel to customer sites, job sites, and internal meetings as needed
• Develop training programs and support team development
• Establish and maintain processes, policies, and performance standards
• Drive accountability across safety, quality, productivity, and profitability
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
Minimum Qualifications:
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• One of the following:
– Associate’s degree in engineering, business, or construction management
– 5 years of rebar detailing experience
– 5 years of rebar project management experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Ability to travel within the region, often on short notice
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 years of leadership experience across rebar detailing, estimating, sales service, or related functions
• Strong understanding of profitability and commercial risk
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects
• Confident decision-maker who addresses challenges directly
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
• High level of ownership and accountability
Additional Requirements
• Regular travel between Flowood, MS and Slidell, LA
• Ability to access active construction job sites
• Willingness to wear required PPE on job sites
• Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when needed
