What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Administrative Assistant position at ARROW MIRROR & GLASS INC?
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong focus on employee relations.
Hours are Mon-Fri 7am - 4pm. Starting pay $17.00 per hour.
Qualifications:Responsibilities include various office functions to include but not limited to answering employee questions, creating, distributing and scanning documents, maintaining the company's HRIS system, processing new hire, pre-screen applicants and new hire onboarding, filing, etc. Experience in Word, Excel, Access a plus. Must have good verbal communication skills while maintaining confidentiality. Must be bilingual.
