Role Description The KAUP by Arrow Sales & Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lenexa, KS. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and managing the product portfolio for KAUP attachments within Arrow’s material handling product line. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing quotes and proposals. The position also involves overseeing product lifecycle activities such as pricing, inventory planning, and product introductions, while collaborating with operations, engineering, and marketing teams. The manager will analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to recommend product improvements and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or territory management within industrial, material handling, or related equipment markets.
- Background in product management or product marketing, including pricing, portfolio planning, and coordination with manufacturing or supply chain teams.
- Strong skills in customer relationship building, negotiation, and consultative selling, with the ability to understand technical product requirements.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for sales and inventory reporting.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment, attachments, or comparable mechanical products; ability to read or interpret basic technical specifications is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present solutions to internal teams and external customers.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, including prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing or distribution environment; willingness to travel occasionally to customers, trade shows, or vendors as needed.
