We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Recruiter to lead talent acquisition within our company. Your primary role will be working with our CEO and the Sales Management team to recruit Sales Partners but will also lead in filling open and new internal positions. You will play a key part in sales goals through efficient support, creative marketing assistance, and seamless event coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, an initiative-taking mindset, multi-tasking, and the ability to work within a team.
Essential Functions
- Proactively identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Responsible for the daily recruiting activity of open positions
- Collaborate with the CEO and Hiring Managers to understand talent needs
- Schedule and conduct initial phone screening
- Interview scheduling
- Utilize cold calling to connect with passive talent and present them with relevant job opportunities
- Compose and send personalized recruitment messages to prospective candidates, highlighting our organization and available roles
- Develop and sustain pools of qualified candidates for high-priority and hard to fill roles
- Champion the company's employer brand by showcasing our culture, core values, career development opportunities, and dedication to customer satisfaction to prospective candidates
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and professional events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of Recruiting experience
- Experience managing candidate data with applicant tracking systems
- Effective interviewing and documentation skills
- Experience utilizing various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, really, and Zip Recruiter, using Boolean searches
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain networks, particularly through platforms like LinkedIn and other social media
Ability to professionally engage candidates and stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
