Are you excited to work with your hands and take on a variety of tasks each day? We’re looking for motivated individuals whether you’re experienced in construction/labor or just starting out, to join our team in sign assembly, production, and field installations.

- Competitive pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
In-House Production & Assembly
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or schematics for sign production.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as aluminum, vinyl, plastic, and wood.
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., saws, drills, augers, printers, and laminators).
- Apply graphics, lettering, and laminates to sign substrates.
- Inspect finished signs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package, label, and prepare signs for transport to job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop.
- Track and report when materials or supplies need replenishing.
Field Installation
- Load signs and materials into vehicles according to route assignments.
- Install and remove signs in designated areas using maps or digital instructions.
- Ensure all signs are properly positioned, secured, and visible.
- Perform minor field repairs as needed and report damaged or missing signs.
- Maintain accurate counts of signs deployed and retrieved using company tools.
- Safely operate company vehicles while following all driving and safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads regarding progress or issues.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable using hand tools and light equipment.
- Holds a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance (required).
- Able to work outdoors, including from ladders up to 15 ft.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs frequently.
- Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Professional, positive, and a problem-solver.
- Previous sign industry experience is a plus, but not required!
