What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundation Specialist & Construction Crew Member position at Arrow Foundation Repair?

Join our growing, locally owned team! We are a dedicated foundation repair company looking for reliable and motivated individuals to step into our crew member roles. While background knowledge is helpful, we fully train the right candidates on-site.
What You Will Do:
- Hands-on Labor: Execute daily physical tasks on residential and commercial job sites.
- Water Management: Assist with setting up drainage systems, including interior/exterior lines and sump pump setups.
- Structural Support: Learn and execute foundation pier installations and waterproofing systems under the direct guidance of an experienced foreman.
- Site Safety: Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the project.
What We Look For:
- Background: A history in concrete work, general construction, or manual labor is a plus, but entry-level applicants willing to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Transit: Daily, dependable transportation to and from our starting location is required.
- Credentials: A valid driver's license is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
