Experienced Service Advisor – Arrow Ford, Abilene, TX

Arrow Ford is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our award-winning Fixed Operations team. This is not an entry-level role—we need someone with proven success in automotive service advising who is ready to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, from check-in through vehicle delivery

• Clearly explain recommended maintenance, repairs, and warranty work in a professional and approachable way

• Build trust and long-term relationships by providing transparent estimates and updates

• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure accurate and efficient repair order flow

• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience (Ford or other dealership experience preferred)

• Strong customer service and communication skills—both face-to-face and over the phone

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying organized

• Knowledge of repair order systems, DMS platforms, and basic automotive terminology

• A customer-first mindset and a drive to exceed expectations
