We are seeking a motivated Service Project Manager to lead electrical service projects from planning through completion. This role combines field leadership and office coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Role and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical service projects
- Lead and mentor technical and field teams
- Ensure safety compliance and quality control standards
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, utilities, and customers
- Support department revenue goals and operational efficiency
- Respond effectively to urgent or emergency situations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 6 Years Electrical Field Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
- Technical Management Experience
- Knowledge of Electrical Material, Tools/Equipment and Methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and E-mail
Preferred Certifications
- OSHA 10
- First Aid/CPR/AED
- NFPA 70E
Work Environment
Combination of field and office work (40–45 hours/week; occasional evenings/weekends as needed). Field conditions vary and may include outdoor work, climbing, lifting, and confined spaces.
