Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to perform daily warehouse operations. This role is essential to ensuring accurate inventory, timely shipping and receiving, and the quality inspection of incoming and outgoing goods.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate and handle shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that all shipments are accurate and damage-free.
- Inspection: Inspect all incoming and outgoing goods to confirm they meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and report discrepancies.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, invoices, and quality check reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all team members to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Skills/Qualifications:
Aviation parts experience preferred, detailed oriented and computer literate a must. Quality assurance experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office. Must drive and have own car.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
