Cabinet Maker – Commercial Millwork

$20–$30 per hour (based on experience) | Full-Time
Arrow Design is a growing commercial millwork company specializing in architectural casework and custom fabrication. We are seeking a Cabinet Maker who takes pride in their work, learns quickly, manages their time effectively, and works well as part of a team. The ideal candidate is motivated to continually develop their skills and contribute to producing high-quality work.
This is a professional production shop environment with structured systems, modern equipment, and long-term growth opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings
- Fabricate and assemble commercial casework
- Operate shop equipment including routers, panel saw, edge bander, shaper, planer, table saw, miter saw and related machinery
- Work with Laminate, Melamine, Veneer, MDF, Acrylic and other millwork products
- Maintain quality standards and efficient material usage
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
Qualifications
- 2 years of cabinet shop or millwork experience
- Ability to read and articulate Architectural drawings independantly
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a production shop environment
Compensation
- $20–$30 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
- Full-time position (40 hour per week)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Every other Friday off
- Federal holidays observed**
