Arrow Construction is an Underground Utility Contractor specializing in wet and dry utilities, directional drilling, potholing, patch paving, and concrete restoration work throughout Northern California.
Arrow Construction is looking for a motivated and hard-working Paving/Concrete Foreman with 2 or more years of experience with patch paving, wet/dry utility, and concrete restoration.

- All Qualified candidates must be able to manage their crew to work productively and enforce all safety regulations.
- Prepare, and maintain accurate records (Timekeeping, PO receipts)
- Communicate with management, customers, and vendors.
- Understands and follows verbal and written instructions.
- Communicates to the Supervisor the site and crew needs.
- Problem solver and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read plans & specs and works well under pressure.
- All qualified candidates must have a clean Valid California Driver's License.
- All applicants will be required to pass a drug, Pre-Employment physical, and background test.
