Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will work in a Christ-centered environment, following and teaching The Experience Curriculum. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and a passion for early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and teach The Experience Curriculum effectively
- Foster a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, staff, and administration
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Qualifications
- Associate’s (AAS) or Bachelor’s (BS) degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated love and care for young children
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour (based on education and experience)
