Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
- Maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs or improvements.
- Ability to work well with others and take direction.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become problems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Experience in residential painting/construction is desirable.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct as well at take direction when needed.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with all staff members.
