A-Level Automotive Technician
$90,000–$120,000 No Weekends 125% Flat Rate
A 4-hour job pays you 5 hours.

We're looking for an A-level diagnostician who enjoys solving the problems other shops can't.
Arrow Automotive is a growing, family-owned independent shop in Willoughby with full bays, loyal customers, and service advisors who actually sell the work you recommend. We're building one of Northeast Ohio's best independent repair shops, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it.

What We're Looking For
- Strong diagnostic ability in electrical, drivability, and mechanical systems
- Someone who fixes vehicles right the first time
- 5 years of professional repair experience preferred
- EPA 609 certification is a plus
