Role Description
As a key marketing and growth leader, you'll own the entire growth engine, from strategy through execution. You'll work directly with the executive team to define how Arro acquires customers, engages members, builds trust, drives revenue, and becomes the leading brand in credit building and financial health.
This is a rare opportunity to build a category-defining fintech brand while having an outsized impact on millions of consumers who have historically been excluded from mainstream financial services.
- Own Arro's growth strategy and be accountable for customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives across all channels, including affiliate marketing, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, social media, content, SEO, PR, referrals, and paid acquisition.
- Identify and scale low-cost, high-ROI growth opportunities through experimentation, partnerships, community building, and innovative distribution strategies.
- Define and evolve Arro's brand strategy, positioning, messaging, customer personas, and voice.
- Create and manage compelling content across web, email, social media, video, partner channels, and emerging platforms.
- Own Arro's social media presence and content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
- Build and manage affiliate, influencer, referral, and strategic partnership programs that drive measurable growth.
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Drive Arro's external visibility through media relations, thought leadership, speaking opportunities, awards submissions, and public relations initiatives.
- Own marketing analytics, attribution, reporting, conversion optimization, and growth experimentation across the customer journey.
- Support investor communications, fundraising materials, enterprise partnership initiatives, and other strategic company priorities as needed.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years in growth, marketing, product marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in fintech, consumer technology, or high-growth startups.
- Proven track record scaling customer growth with limited budgets and strong ROI discipline.
- Equally comfortable discussing company strategy with executives and implementing a marketing campaign.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience using data to make decisions.
- Exceptional storyteller, communicator, and brand builder.
- Experience across multiple marketing disciplines including growth, lifecycle, product marketing, content, partnerships, social, PR, and analytics.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited to build from scratch.
- Passionate about financial inclusion and helping consumers improve their financial lives.
