What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web Content Coordinator position at Arrivia, Inc.?
As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for the content management of all arrivia partner websites in coordination with our Account Management, Marketing, and Service Delivery teams. Great attention to detail will be key in ensuring all content and visuals are relevant, cross-device compatible, and easily consumable by our members. Occasional site audits and documentation of core CMS features and functionality are among the duties of this position. We are looking for someone with similar job experience, great communication skills, the ability to work autonomously on the organization and prioritization of multiple assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains partner website content and visuals
- Updates and adds new global and partner-specific landing pages and menu items
- Submits content for compliance review and adjusts based on feedback
- Documents website setups, functionality, and processes
- Assists Marketing team in creating and launching special offer promotions and banners
- Performs quarterly partner website audits
- Ensures cross-device compatibility
- Completes all other duties and tasks related to website management
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience managing websites and/or other CMS platforms
- EpiServer experience a plus
- Knowledge of HTML
- Team player, but self-directed, able to maintain productivity with minimal supervision
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Strong written communication skills
- Advanced written & strong communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work, prioritize and organize multiple assignments

Salary : $42,400 - $53,700
