The Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex agile software projects from initiation to completion. You work closely together with global teams - mainly product and engineering - ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment. You are part of the engineering organization.

The Role

Your Primary Responsibilities
Project design
- Define project strategy and approach
- Identify and onboard key project team members
- Engage with stakeholders to align on project scope and success metrics
- Create together with your project team the milestone planning and project success metrics
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery
- Support in risk management and manage dependencies
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholder communication. Manage expectations and fostering strong collaboration
- Document solutions, processes and other findings for future projects.
- Create and maintain a team culture that values trust, open communication and continuous innovation
- Self-starter with the desire to be part of a team dedicated to making a global footprint
- Wants to exceed expectations and can individually drive change and improvement initiatives
- Eager to learn and improve
- Communicate seamlessly in both an IT and business environment
- Data driven curiosity
- Structured approach to project management
- Pragmatic mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced tasks simultaneously as part of daily operations
- Able to lead in a growth business which is evolving on many layers
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
- BSc degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or other field that is data driven, problem solving with a touch of entrepreneurship
- Experience in management consulting or project management, ideally with international exposure and a strong track record in software development or digital transformation projects
- Proven background in managing Agile projects and/or fulfilling the role of a Scrum Master.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of stakeholder management
- Well-structured to be able to manage complex planning and multiple parallel work-streams
- Fluency in English is a requirement and more languages are meriting.
