Your Day Could Include
- Keeping everyone safe by promoting a strong safety culture and identifying risks early.
- Supporting customers with professionalism, positivity, and a focus on great service.
- Leading and motivating drivers, delivering briefings, supporting development, and upholding Arriva values.
- Managing the operation — from allocating duties to responding to incidents, diversions, and traffic disruption.
- Ensuring quality and efficiency, monitoring standards and keeping our services running smoothly.
- Driving improvement, tracking KPIs, sharing best practice, and helping shape a better future for colleagues and customers.
- Championing our values, contributing to a diverse, inclusive, and community‑focused workplace.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Experienced in supervising teams and managing operational activity
- Confident in Health & Safety practices
- First Aid trained (or willing to train)
- A strong communicator and coach
- Customer‑focused with solid IT skills
- Decisive, influential, and resilient
- Knowledgeable about the bus or transport industry (PCV/HGV experience a bonus)
- Comfortable working with Trade Unions
- A true team player who thrives under pressure
