Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Superintendent located in Tallahassee, FL. The Project Superintendent will manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, maintaining construction schedules, enforcing safety protocols, monitoring quality control, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Supervisory Skills and team leadership on construction sites
- Knowledge of Commercial Construction practices and processes
- Expertise in Quality Control and ensuring project standards are met
- Strong understanding of Construction Safety protocols and regulations
- Proficiency in Budgeting and managing project costs efficiently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, suppliers, and clients
- Relevant certifications and experience in construction management are preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer skills

Salary and Benefits
- $52,000-$75,000 (depending on experiance) plus bonuses
