Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead the Administrative Team – Oversee and direct the work and performance of the Administrative Team
· Office Operations – Manage daily office administration and compliance with company directives
· Communication – Establish and maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with Management, Coworkers, Team Members, Clients, Architects/Engineers, and Contractors
· Construction Documentation – Direct the review, completion, tracking, and maintenance of all aspects of construction documentation for large commercial projects
· Reporting - Prioritize the flow of project reports and tracking logs, ensuring these documents are handled accurately and processed timely
· General Administrative Support to all Company Departments – Including scanning, filing, mailing, answering phones, assisting with company projects, organizing company events, etc.
Competencies:
· Exceptional Leadership skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, Outlook, Sage 300, Sage Project Center and other software utilized for project oversight
· Demonstrated skills in comprehending and evaluating information, and the ability to learn
· Critical thinking and problem solving
· Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Maintain a positive, professional work environment and foster team collaboration
· Ability to perform multiple assignments while meeting critical deadlines
Qualifications:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
· 5 Years of Experience in Management or Leadership position
· Administrative experience with a Construction Manager, or Construction projects, preferred but not required
Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting. This is an in-person position, not remote work.
Compensation: Expected Salary: $60,000 to $75,000
