Job Description:

We are looking for a proven leader to work at one of our locations in Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot. This position is perfect for people who excel at interacting with Guests from all over the world and managing a team to do the same.

This is a full-time position that requires open availability, although requests are certainly available and considered. The role comes with our current benefits program and other Company discounts as well as the current perks available.

Opening is usually between 7am-9:30am and closing at 11pm-12am. Time before opening and after closing is most often 30 minutes or less. There are several special events in different Guest areas that change this periodically, but are usually known well in advance.

Requirements:

*At least 2 years of successful supervisory experience in a retail location

Preferred:

*Specialty merchandise experience (i.e. jewelry, art, product knowledge-based sales)

*Guest Service training and experience with a company that drives results through service.

Expectations:

*Ensuring the Cast is given the support needed to optimize the day in service and sales.

*Following all operational and directional priorities as a role model for the Cast.

*Personal accountability to the following and holding the cast accountable to:

*Demonstrating excellent Guest Service experiences

*Keeping the merchandise clean and organized

*Ensure that Safety is a priority every day

*Teamwork and contributing to a positive employee environment

*Following direction from management

*Productivity is maintained at all levels
