Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and agricultural sites to identify pest infestations and potential vulnerabilities.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery while adhering to safety protocols.
- Implement integrated pest management strategies that include environmental modifications, baiting systems, and chemical applications.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, pests identified, and follow-up actions taken to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with lawn care, landscaping, farming activities, and general land maintenance to create healthy outdoor environments.
- Operate various hand tools and power tools efficiently for pest control procedures and land management tasks.
- Drive company vehicles to different job sites safely while managing equipment transportation and site setup.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in sales related to pest control products or services is a plus.
- Familiarity with pest control techniques, lawn care practices, farming methods, or landscaping is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles over varied terrains.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to agriculture, land management, and pest control technologies.
