What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Coordinator position at ARRCO (An HVAC Compressor Remanufacturer)?
Arrco, LLC is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position will work closely with multiple departments and support efforts throughout the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of inside sales or sales-oriented customer support experience in a high-volume environment and is adept at juggling multiple priorities effectively.
The Job:
- Works closely with sales reps and sales managers to support distributor and wholesale accounts – includes tasks like entering orders, tracking order status, cross-referencing parts, and other tasks within an ERP system
- Works closely with sales managers to meet sales goals and identify business opportunities with new and existing customers
- Thinking critically on your feet to help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Supports the rest of the customer support team as needed
- Additional tasks as assigned by your manager

- Ability to effectively interact with a wide range of personalities and roles, with a reasonable level of emotional intelligence
- Be able gain proficiency quickly with ERP systems, shared inboxes, spreadsheet software, word processing software, and others
- BONUS SKILLS!! Experience with service or sales in a manufacturing environment; technical expertise or mindset
