What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at ARRCO (An HVAC Compressor Remanufacturer)?
Arrco, LLC is looking for an experienced full-time customer service representative to join our team. This position will interact with multiple departments and service channels to provide support, solve problems, and reinforce workflows. The ideal candidate has at least three years of customer experience in a high-volume environment and is adept at juggling multiple priorities and interacting positively and professionally with a wide variety of personality types.
The Job:
· Routing and/or taking customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner
· Creating quotes in ERP system
· Taking and entering orders into the ERP system
· Understanding how an order moves from beginning to end and providing support as needed
· Thinking critically on your feet to help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
· Provide light technical support as needed
· Additional tasks as assigned by your manager
Skills Required:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills that apply in-person, through email and chat, and over the phone
· Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
· Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
· Ability to learn product line thoroughly
· Ability to stay calm and think clearly in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
· Ability to effectively interact with a wide range of personalities and roles
· Possess a high level of emotional intelligence
· Be able to learn and be proficient quickly with ERP systems, shared inboxes, spreadsheet software, word processing software, and others
· Experience with customer service in a manufacturing environment is a big plus
