What You’ll Do
As a Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams have the right tools, insights, and strategies to scale effectively:
- Harness AI platforms to automate list building, lead sourcing, enrichment, and reporting.
- Own the accuracy, quality, and completeness of data across CRM and marketing systems.
- Improve unit economics by qualifying leads with traffic, sales, and engagement data.
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct market, pricing, and competitor research to uncover new opportunities.
- Analyze email, call, and pipeline data to provide AI-driven recommendations that improve conversion rates.
- Partner with marketing to ensure campaigns are data-backed and targeted.
- Educate the team on new AI tools and best practices for prospecting, automation, and engagement.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, or Revenue Operations.
- Proven track record using AI tools to streamline sales or marketing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and enrichment platforms.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
