Position: Recruiter

Location: Kahului, HI (Onsite)

Pay: $50,000 to $60,000/year plus Commission!

Experience: 1 year of working in a fast-paced environment. Recruiting experience is preferred but not required.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the process.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of the island of Maui.
• Be knowledgeable of or be willing to acquire an understanding of the local Hawaiian culture to cultivate client relationships.
• Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media.
• Must demonstrate a strong customer focus and team orientation.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with time management.
• Ability to work with others respectfully and follow the company culture values.
