I'm partnering with a global organization to identify an experienced Corporate Paralegal, Senior Legal Analyst, or Corporate Governance professional for a hybrid opportunity in the Northern Columbus, Ohio area.
This is a highly visible role supporting a complex portfolio of U.S. and international legal entities, with responsibilities that include:
✔️ Corporate governance and entity lifecycle management
✔️ Board resolutions, officer appointments, and governance documentation
✔️ Statutory compliance and corporate record maintenance
✔️ Entity management systems and data governance
✔️ Vendor and registered agent oversight
✔️ Support for M&A, restructurings, audits, and corporate initiatives
✔️ Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Finance, and Compliance teams
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of corporate paralegal, entity management, or governance experience within a law firm or corporate legal department and be comfortable managing complex matters with a high degree of independence.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of governance processes, influence best practices, and work within a sophisticated global legal environment.
Salary : $70,000 - $116,000
