Position: HR Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $23 to $27/hour

Experience:

• 2 years of HR or onboarding experience is REQUIRED!
• Minimum 1 year “fast-paced” work experience within the last four years.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Logic Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team onsite in Columbus!

Job Description:

• Facilitate a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for all associates, ensuring new hires complete required documentation correctly and on time.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of timecard processing on a weekly basis.
• Create a positive first impression for new associates, setting the tone for their employment experience.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations, mitigating risks and avoiding potential fines.
• Maintain candidate and employee records, including reviewing and adjudicating all compliance documents.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple systems and employee records simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at effectively engaging with diverse audiences.
• Proactive approach with the ability to drive outcomes rather than waiting for situations to proceed.
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive and meaningful connections with employees.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
