Position: Account Executive

Location: Shrewsbury, NJ

Pay: $75,000 to $80,000/year Uncapped Commission (OTE is $110,000 - $115,000)

Experience: 2 years of experience in recruitment marketing, job advertising, or talent acquisition technology sales.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

We’re growing our sales team and seeking an Account Executive with deep knowledge of recruitment advertising, experience selling to Talent Acquisition / HR leaders, and a strong grasp of how programmatic solutions are transforming hiring.

Job Description:

  • Sell GoToro’s programmatic recruitment advertising solutions to HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, product demonstrations, proposal development, and closing deals.
  • Deliver strategic, consultative sales presentations that highlight how our platform enhances hiring outcomes and delivers measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and account management teams to share feedback, align on goals, and support overall company growth.
  • Seamlessly transition new clients to the Account Management team for onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to manage your pipeline, track sales activities, and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment marketing innovations, and the evolving needs of modern hiring teams.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven success selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing organizations—especially those handling high-volume or multi-location hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic job advertising, job boards, job distribution platforms, or recruiting performance metrics.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills within a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office.
