Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements and supply agreements.
- Manage contract workflows from intake through execution.
- Maintain contract templates and playbooks.
- Identify risk in contract terms and recommend practical solutions.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and operations.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies.
- Support implementation of contracting procedures.
- Track contract obligations and renewals.
- Prepare summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of contracting processes.
- JD and active bar admission in good standing.
- 5 years experience focused on commercial contracting.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry required. Solar industry experience preferred.
- Experience with procurement contracts or supply agreements.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess legal risk in commercial terms.
- Strong judgment.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
