Crisis Teletherapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPC)

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are currently recruiting a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (or equivalent) for a 100% teletherapy position. Work from home while serving patients accessing care from their homes or other private locations. Provide behavioral care services through a HIPAA-compliant online system.   

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Provide mental health services such as intake, crisis counseling, assessment, and safety planning  

• Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors  

• Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate care  

• Prepare and regularly maintain progress notes and discharge summaries  

• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all  

• Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context  

• Maintain all required certifications and licenses 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent  

• Preference for clinicians licensed in California

• Professional licensure must enable independent practice  

• Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible 

• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license  

• Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality  

• Comfortable with technology  

• Strong communication skills  

• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred 

POSITION LOGISTICS 

• Clinicians can live in any time zone and will work either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts full time.  We are open to PT as well.  The schedule is determined by our contract which is specific to the following hours 7 days a week 365 days a year: 

• EST - 1a - 1130a 

• CST - 12a - 1030a 

• MST - 11p - 930a 

• HI - 7p - 330a 

• 100% remote position 

• Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality 

• You may be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.  

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

• The pay range for this role is $34 - $53 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
